Priya has completed Hatha Yoga teacher training by completing 1750 hours of intense program & got equipped to offer over 130 different teaching modules and programs. Her teachings are designed for different settings & audiences, customized to suit participants aspirations & health/life situations such as anxiety, stress, anger, sleep, addiction, peace, diet, strengthening muscles & body. Being a person with positive attitude who learns, grows & challenges herself in every area of life.
Priya has completed many self-development courses like Inner Engineering, Tony Robins UPW, Full Curriculum of Landmark Worldwide & Isha Hatha Yoga teacher training program Priya has served hundreds of people of different cultures & nationalities providing them personal as well as group classes. Priya has an experience of working with high profile people like CEO’s, Directors, Business owners and other Professionals like IT, Doctors, Sales, Students, House wife’s, and more Priya has conducted numerous workshops at different locations in Australia & India across industries. Some of her work includes: Running personal and group sessions in Yoga studios, Conducting yoga program for local community and with Non-profit organizations like Indian Association Cardinia Casey (IACC) . Well-being yoga programs for corporate groups like Bupa Australia, Times Equipment (Tata Hitachi), Miraculous Pvt. Ltd Running yoga workshops in hospitality industry by partnering with Daffodil Hotel, India. On International Yoga Day 2019. Priya was recognized and honoured by a trophy from MP Mayor and Mr. Jordan Crugnale (CEO of Cardinia Melbourne) for making a difference to the local community by conducting yoga and well-being camp. Through YogPriya, Priya aims to create an ecosystem where the focus is entirely on oneness, preaching love, peace and self-love. Also people can live a healthy life which is medicine and disease free. An initiative to bring a positive change in the life of the people through Classical Hatha Yoga and Meditation.
Our Teaching Methods
Our classes are taught with great care and precision to create a conducive atmosphere for learning the subtle science of Hatha Yoga.
Taught in an intimate group setting, classes are designed to gradually introduce students to yoga practices through verbal instruction and demonstrations. We also feature informative videos that provide intellectual insight into the processes taking place.
Unlike many modern yoga studios, we avoid playing music, using mirrors or props, talking while demonstrating, or physically touching participants during the classes. Many students comment on the depth of their experience as a direct result of this in ward oriented teaching format.

AMAZING! The real yoga! With a beautiful vibe, Priya teaches us that Yoga is much more than just postures. She explained the benefits and why we did each position and stretch. She is a great instructor really takes the time to teach you about why you are doing what you are doing. The way she paces the class is also remarkable not too fast and not too slow. She always demonstrates the asanas which i appreciate. Her instructions are always clear. Also her explanations about each asanas, its significance is always thought provoking.
I use to do yoga from last many years but after meeting priya I actually learned the real meaning of yoga and I have fallen in love with these practices (surya kriya, upa yoga and angamardana). Hi, I am laxmi goel, I learned Angamardana from Priya from 18 – 21st August 2019. In the initial 6-7days every muscle of my body was aching the way it happens when we go to gym after a long time but I continued my practices daily because of Priya’s encouraging words. I have been practicing Angamardana since last 2 months and I see tremendous change in me. Firstly I lost 4 kgs of weight and I also lost my belly fat which I couldn’t reduce since 5 yrs after my delivery. Then it had reduced my diet and my sleep, now I feel much more energetic then before.
