In those 21 days, we will cover all kinds of Yoga practices – Upa Yoga, Angmaradana, Suryashakti, Surya Kriya & Yogasanas.

It is a consolidated and power-packed session of continuous 21 days where you will gain benefits of all yoga forms which you can later perform at home. The program is basically a discipline which when attended regularly without interruption do wonders to your mind, body and spirit.
