AMAZING! The real yoga! With a beautiful vibe, Priya teaches us that Yoga is much more than just postures. She explained the benefits and why we did each position and stretch. She is a great instructor really takes the time to teach you about why you are doing what you are doing. The way she paces the class is also remarkable not too fast and not too slow. She always demonstrates the asanas which i appreciate. Her instructions are always clear. Also her explanations about each asanas, its significance is always thought provoking.
I use to do yoga from last many years but after meeting priya I actually learned the real meaning of yoga and I have fallen in love with these practices (surya kriya, upa yoga and angamardana).

Hi, I am laxmi goel, I learned Angamardana from Priya from 18 – 21st August 2019. In the initial 6-7days every muscle of my body was aching the way it happens when we go to gym after a long time but I continued my practices daily because of Priya’s encouraging words. I have been practicing Angamardana since last 2 months and I see tremendous change in me. Firstly I lost 4 kgs of weight and I also lost my belly fat which I couldn’t reduce since 5 yrs after my delivery. Then it had reduced my diet and my sleep, now I feel much more energetic then before.
