The basis for all creation, including the physical body, is the group of five elements: Earth, water, wind, fire, and space. The wellbeing of the body and mind can be established by purifying these five elements within the human system. This process also shapes the body into a stepping stone towards one’s ultimate wellbeing.

Bhuta means an element; therefore, Bhuta Shudhi implies that you need to clean all your five elements; Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space.

The cleaning is kind of detoxification to get rid of all toxic elements that have accumulated in you all over your adult life. It is only when your elements become pure, you become rational, and you develop a good sense of what is wrong and what is right.

When there is an imbalance between the five elements, the body falls prey to certain diseases. But when you practice Bhuta Shuddhi regularly, it reorganizes your system on the elemental Level. It also helps in getting relief from problems like , sinusitis, allergy, joint problem, hormonal balance, Skin Diseases, obesity, Addiction, autoimmune disease
