Kids yoga classes at Yogpriya offers unique programs specially designed for kids that develop an attitude of self-care in them. The yoga for kids program is very different from the one dedicated for adults or women; it teaches through an exploration of fun, love, and joy, allowing each child to understand self-exploration closely.

Isha Hatha Yoga teachers offer the yoga for kids program, trained under the guidance of Sadhguru. The program begins with teaching children simple life-enhancing asana and kriyas, which does not require rigorous body movements and children find it effortless to practice.

Fun games and small plays are also conducted for children to break the monotony and develop a sense of belonging and unity with life. The yoga for kids classes at Yogpriya is open to children aged between 7 and 12 years only.
